1.Recovery Tools :



Which scans and recovers files. These may be files that are deleted, formatted/erased over or "lost" to normal programs but still present are recoverable. There are two options for locating files:

• Scan : A very fast "Scan" which will locate files that have been deleted. This scan is available only for FAT drives. If you select a volume other than the FAT , an alert sheet will be put up saying "The selected volume is of type HFS/HFS+. Please select Advanced scan option to recover this volume."

• Advanced Scan : An "Advanced Scan" which will search every area of your media/drive for files that may be present and still able to be recovered.There are two options under Advanced Scan:

  • Quick scan-This option is applicable only to FAT Volumes. It recovers the files even after the volume is formatted/erased.
  • Deep Scan-This option is available for all types of volumes (FAT,HFS,HFS+).

2.Utilities :



The tools in utilities help the user to manage and clean media and files. It gives new life to removable media and protects the user's privacy by ensuring that the files that he needs to remove from the media and volumes are permanently destroyed.
